The Fast [FAST] round modifier makes smaller ladder modifiers more common.
- The Round Base Point Requirement (RBPR) now rolls between 25m and 75m.
- [DEF], [BIG] and [GIGA] ladders can not be generated.
- [TINY] ladders are made slightly more common.
- [CHEAP] ladders are more common, and [EXPSV] ladders less common.
- Prior to Season 3, this modifier also cut the total number of ladders for the round in half (rounding up)
