I Can Do Better Than You! challenge requires you to finish the ladder with multi or bias (or both) higher than the top-1 ranker did.
This challenge is pretty simple in early-game but ramps up in difficulty quite fast in mid- and especially late-game.
The formula for both multi and bias cost is (ladder_number + 1)^n, where n - number of desired upgrade. Looking at the formula, we can see that the higher the ladder the more expensive every upgrade gets.
In mid- to late-game rankers start to be more and more limited in available upgrades and therefore finish on the reasonably high upgrade count. Trying to increase those numbers usually leads you to pretty big time sacrifices.
Winning is possible but very hard due to immense time losses for farming enourmous amounts of power for next multi or biasing from the very high point_count.
